The activities of MODCLIM project will be developed from September 2014 until August 2016. The different stages, which will take place during these two years, are:

Stage 1:
Kick-off meeting at the ULPGC, December 2014.
Stage 2:
Search of 6-8 industrial projects, committing industry liaisons and project team leaders. These will be done in three months preceding the first Training School (March 2015).
Stage 3:
Selection of postgraduate students (2-3 students per Partner University).
Stage 4:
Identification and recruitment of 6-8 post-doc level specialist to give tailored intensive courses on the key expertise needed in the selected projects.
Stage 5:
Training School, 2 weeks, March 2015 at ULPGC, Spain.
Stage 6:
Teamwork guided by distant tutoring and supervision April-June 2015.
Stage 7:
Problem solving workshop in Study Group format and Intermediate Consortium Meeting: September 2015, Lappeenranta University of Technology, Finland.
Stage 8:
Project teams preparing final report in 6-8 weeks after the workshop. Dissemination.
Stage 9:
Selecting projects and experts for 2016 training school and modelling workshop.
Stage 10:
Selecting students for 2016 training school and workshop.
Stage 11:
Training School, 2 weeks, February 2016 at Universitat of Catania, Italy. Project Management Meeting On-line.
Stage 12:
Teamwork guided by distant tutoring and supervision March-May 2016.
Stage 13:
Problem solving workshop in Study Group format, May 2016, at University of Koblenz-Landau, Germany.
Stage 14:
Project teams preparing final report after the workshop (June 2016). Minisymposium reporting on the project in the annual ECMI conference 2016 (Santiago de Compostela). Dissemination.
Stage 15:
Dissemination of intellectual outputs and Final project meeting: September 2016, Wroclaw University of Technology, Poland.
